18 Livingston, our luxury development of two and three-bedroom shared ownership apartments, is beginning to take shape in Sefton Park.
Situated on leafy Livingston Drive, construction of the first of two blocks is underway. When complete, the buildings will echo the scale and stature of the Victorian mansions which surround them, blended with striking contemporary design and features. The development will be home to 22 apartments in two blocks, with off-road parking and spacious communal gardens to the rear.
The location, close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane, is all about lifestyle –just a short stroll from Liverpool’s iconic public park, while the bars, cafes, restaurants and independent shops of Lark Lane are all tantalisingly close. And 18 Livingston is well-connected, close to bus and rail routes into the city centre.
Andrew Lewis, Project Manager at 18 Livingston said, “It’s exciting to see 18 Livingston spring from the drawing board and begin to take shape on the ground.
“We’re delighted that our building programme is on target to deliver a show home in April 2019, and we aim to complete our first apartments by the summer.
“And thanks to shared ownership, the development is a fantastic way of bringing Sefton Park living within the reach of a wider range of people.”
Prices and specifications are yet to be finalised but buying a home via shared ownership means you only need to save a fraction of the deposit you’d need if you were buying outright. And typically, shared ownership is less expensive than renting an equivalent home privately.
